Answers questions regarding our Social Calendar
Assist with signing residents up for community social events that are scheduled
Will arrange reservations for our Private Dining Room
Has Guest Meal Tickets available and accepts reservations for our hotel sleeping quarters for families
Schedules Doctor Appointments and transportation for our residents
Places reminders on Resident apartment doors regarding their appointments

Monitors and assist residents with daily maintenance work orders for apartment needs
Assist all visitors and monitors residents who leave the building
Provides the wellness package that accompanies our residents to their medical appointments
Monitors our emergency call system
Coordinates our Project Life Saver Program with the County of Rock Island
Directs all phone calls, monitors vendor deliveries and packages delivered to The Fort Armstrong
